When the Elves, Dwarves, Humans, and Orcs all had a big falling out, the Age of Conflict began. The resulting war and poverty devastated all four races, until the mysterious Watcher turned up at the central Aran’s Tower. Playing as one of 16 potential heroes, you have to visit all four kingdoms, collecting their magic crowns and handing them to the Watcher so he can merge them all and create peace again. Battlemaster is an isometric action game where you have to fight hostile citizens in each kingdom in order to bring them under control. As you progress you can recruit up to four followers who’ll fight alongside you: these followers can be given simple tactics to follow, like standing in formations or pushing forward or back.
