Devil’s Palace is a text adventure for the TRS-80.
The player has arrived just outside of the Devil’s palace, surrounded by a moat of red hot lava. The player must infiltrate the palace and recover a number of treasures including the Devil’s crown, wand, and scepter. The player will face numerous dangers, including the dog Cerebrus, unstable bridges, and crystal guardians. Ultimately, the player must defeat the evil within the palace and escape to safety.
All commands are via VERB NOUN text entry. Most puzzles are inventory based, and there is a a save and restore feature.
