This is a mahjong game where the traditional mahjong tiles have been replaced by standard playing cards. This actually makes it a decent way for westerners to learn how to play mahjong, because it’s much easier to make Pong, Kong and Chow matches when you’re using the more familiar card suits instead of the more complex tiles.
